Conta a história de um escândalo. É a história da "maior fraude médica do mundo", cujo centro é nada mais e nada menos do que o C.D.C, a agência do governo dos Estados Unidos responsável por garantir a saúde dos cidadãos. Um documentário, dirigido pelo Dr. Andrew Wakefield, o gastroenterologista britânico falsamente acusado de iniciar o movimento anti-vacina quando ele relatou em 1998 que o a vacina MMR (tríplice viral) pode causar autismo. O filme inclui entrevistas com especialistas farmacêuticos, médicos, políticos e pais de crianças feridas por vacinas.
