Numa tentativa de salvar o casamento problemático, Kelly, seu marido Brian e a filha do casal Sarah se mudam para uma casa no campo, em busca de tranquilidade. O que eles não sabiam é que, há mais de 100 anos, todas as famílias que viveram naquele local passaram por alguma tragédia. Logo após a mudança, Kelly começa a perceber que o comportamento do marido está se tornando muito estranho e violento. Ela também descobre que as vozes que escuta vindas do corredor não são de sua filha. Será que eles serão as novas vítimas das forças obscuras que atuam na casa?
