“Bomb City” narra a história verdadeira da morte do adolescente punk Brian Deneke (Dave Davis), ocorrida em 1997, na cidade de Amarillo, Texas. O jovem fazia parte de um grupo punk que se recusava a se conformar com a cultura conservadora que os cercava. As aparências e as atitudes radicais do grupo acabam fomentando a intolerância social dentro da comunidade, especialmente de Cody Cates (Luke Shelton), um atleta da escola que se unirá com seus amigos contra os punks. Uma série de encontros hostis ocorrerão, até o desfecho trágico, após uma violenta luta de rua.
