Rocky, Colt e TumTum devem lutar contra um rico e malvado dumper de lixo tóxico, a fim de salvar uma tribo indígena local e seu amigo Joe. Os 3 Ninjas devem ajudar a encontrar o pai de Joe e encontrar um disco secreto que contenha evidências que possam deter o aterro tóxico que está destruindo a comunidade indígena. No entanto, a cidade é de propriedade do homem rico e ele controla a polícia e até mesmo o prefeito. Eles devem lutar contra uma gangue de motoqueiros e cowboys renegados nesta aventura ninja sem parar.
