Chamado de "The Ice Man" e "O Mestre da Telecaster" por seus admiradores, o músico e cantor de blues texano Albert Collins adotou a Fender Telecaster como sua guitarra, desenvolvendo um estilo único de tocá-la com afinações em tons menores e notas sustentadas. Influenciou vários nomes do blues moderno como robert Cray, Jonny Lang, entre outros, e foi um dos responsáveis pelo revival do ritmo nos anos 80, junto com Stevie Ray Vaughan. Neste concerto na Alemanha ao lado de sua banda, os "Icebreakers", Collins detona com emoção e técnica singular um setlists de arrepiar! Para matar a saudade deste mestre que nos deixou em 1993, vítima de cancêr na flor de seus 61 anos.
