Max Havoc, antigo campeão de "kickboxe" e agora fotógrafo esportivo, encontra-se de novo em Guam, para uma sessão de fotos publicitárias. A simpatia e a vontade de ajudar de Max o levam a se cruzar com as irmãs Jane e Christy Goody, que ali se encontram passando férias, e estão na posse de um raro dragão de jade, que pertence afinal a um impiedoso bando de Yakuzas, que nada fará deter, para o recuperar. Cabe a Max impedir os planos dos Yakuzas, salvar as irmãs e restaurar a ordem na pacífica ilha.
