O filme documenta o retorno da formação clássica do trio carioca Dorsal Atlântica, separado há mais de 20 anos, para abordar as polêmicas da música extrema nas décadas de 1980 e 1990, registradas em imagens raras e depoimentos exclusivos. O som e a fúria da Dorsal, espelho artístico de seu carismático líder, Carlos “Vândalo” Lopes, de maneira nunca antes vista.
