Cansados de crianças malcriadas e ingratas, os duendes do Papai Noel entram em greve. A fim de salvar o Natal, Papai Noel leva seis jovens sem escrúpulos para o seu campo de treinamento, a fim de ensiná-los a fazer brinquedos, só que esta decisão não sai como esperado e Papai Noel chega em seu limite e decide desistir do Natal. Com a saída do Papai Noel, os adolescentes e os duendes decidem trabalhar juntos para tentar fazer um Feliz Natal a todos.
