Recebe uma missão: vir para a Terra e matar o presidente da República, Juscelino Kubitschek, no dia da inauguração de Brasília. Sua nave perde-se no tempo e aterrissa em 2016 em Ceilândia. Essa é a versão contada por Marquim do Tropa, ator e abduzido. Só Andreia, a rainha do pós-guerra, poderá ajudá-los a montar o exército para matar os monstros que habitam hoje o Congresso Nacional. Este é um documentário gravado no ano 0 P.G. (Pós Golpe), no Distrito Federal e região.
