Oito anos depois de salvar o SPD do esquema do Agente Abrella, os Dekarangers se separaram com Ban se juntando ao Esquadrão de Bombeiros, Jasmine se casando com Hikaru Hiwatari e Swan trabalhando de forma independente enquanto Tetsu, Hoji, Sen e Umeko continuam trabalhando sob o comando de Doggie Kruger. Mas depois que ocorreu um incidente que hospitalizou Kruger no planeta Revaful, onde ele foi rotulado como um policial sujo por um aparente acordo com a Família do Crime Alcorão, que deu errado com a morte de uma testemunha civil, Tetsu assume o Ramo Terrestre. Dois anos depois, acompanhados pelos oficiais novatos Assam Asimov e Mugi Grafton, que assumiram os cargos de Deka Red e Deka Yellow respectivamente, Hoji, Sen e Umeko encontram uma Clementiana chamada Carrie que está sendo caçada por Mechanoids.
