Tempos depois de se aposentar, a ex-lutadora Rebecca descobre que sua irmã, Kate, está devendo para um criminoso local, um homem perigoso que administra um clube de luta clandestino na cidade. Rebecca não quer lutar novamente, então sua irmã lhe pede que seja sua treinadora. Depois de falar com seu pai, que está preso, a ex-lutadora aceita, apesar de ter um pressentimento ruim sobre a ideia. Com o passar dos rounds, Kate vai vencendo lutas e conquistando seu espaço na competição. Entretanto, o criminoso não quer que a garota vença, então decide tirá-la do caminho.
