César ingressa num movimento político, buscando resolver os seus problemas pessoais. Ele sente uma íntima revolta frente ao mundo e às pessoas que o desprezam. Militante ativo, César participa de todas as reuniões do grupo, além de ser incumbido das mais perigosas missões. Porém, é tratado pelo seu chefe como subalterno. Isto acaba acirrando seus sentimentos de revolta. Numa brusca mudança de situação, César aproveita a ocasião para mudar a sua vida, arquitetando um plano para se apoderar das armas e do dinheiro pertencentes aos seus antigos companheiros.
