Silvinha, jovem modelo fotográfica, enamora-se de Eduardo, tímido e introvertido. No estúdio onde ela trabalha, circulam os tipos mais extraordinários e divertidos: o fotógrafo Carlos; Valéria, secretária de Carneiro, proprietário do estúdio; e Sandra, mulher bela e experiente, sempre em busca de novas aventuras que a compensem da indiferença do amante. Eduardo passa a ser cortejado por várias mulheres, principalmente Sandra, que nada consegue pois o rapaz ama lealmente Silvinha.
