Seis garotas vivem num pensionato e, para sobreviver, formam uma quadrilha de 'trombadinhas', agindo atrás de uniformes de colegiais. Conhecem um dia uma Dama de Preto que as contrata para formar uma quadrilha profissional, da qual ela seria a chefe, indicando as vítimas e os locais através de bilhetes e telefonemas. Mas, uma noite uma das garotas é presa numa boate por intermédio de uma isca, uma jovem pantera que a polícia utiliza, introduzindo-a nos ambientes suspeitos. A quadrilha é, então, desmantelada e as garotas vão para a prisão para responder pelos crimes cometidos
