Um ônibus repleto de adolescentes chega ao acampamento Cucamonga para as férias de verão. O atrapalhado dono, coronel Marvin, precisa conseguir o visto oficial para liberação do local e para isso o acampamento deve passar por uma inspeção. Depois de muita confusão o visto lhe é negado e as crianças entram em ação. Criando um "rap" que acaba ajudando Cucamonga a entrar na lista dos acampamentos mais quentes do país.
