Numa típica cidadezinha americana, Lamar e Lavonia levam uma vida feliz e cheia de amor e sexo. Só ha um problema: ele tem uma fixação traseira que é muito desconfortável para ela. Por isso Lavonia entretem-se com todos os homens que consegue deitar a mão. Até que um dia Laar decide tratar-se e vão os dois a um conselheiro matrimonial que é tambem dentista, mas quem sai satisfeita é Lavonia, que se entrega aos carinhos da voluptuosa e experiente enfermeira. Mas Lamar acaba por tratar-se, nas mãos e nos peitos desmesurados de Eufala, apresentadora de uma radio evangélica que salva as almas e cura os corpos e que faz Lamar encarar finalmente de frente a sua bela e superdotada mulher.
