É um dia quente de verão no campus da universidade, e a maioria dos estudantes saiu de férias. Cinco colegas de dormitório invadem o depósito da biblioteca em busca de tesouros, mas acabam encontrando duas múmias italianas, com idades entre 14 e 20 anos. Sayaka, uma das integrantes do grupo, abre uma das múmias à força e arranca sua "pedra da vida", mas acaba despertando as múmias, que atacam com ferocidade para reaver o que lhes é de direito. Os estudantes agora precisam encontrar uma maneira de matar as garotas zumbi... e sobreviver!
