Sequência do filme Furious Slaughter. Depois de escapar da morte às mãos do Gangue do Machado, Ma Yung Chen se esconde para curar suas feridas. Enquanto isso, um grupo de japoneses especialistas em artes marciais chegam a Xangai para vingar um de seus irmãos morto por Ma. Uma carta é enviada por meio da amiga de Ma para alertar sua irmã, Ma Su Chen, mas ela é interceptada e presa pelos vilões. Depois de descobrir a localização de Ma Yung Chen, os bandidos falham mais uma vez em matá-lo. A atenção deles é voltada para a irmã de Ma que está a procura do irmão desaparecido. Suspeitando que ele tenha sido morto, ela procura vingança contra os mafiosos, mais é derrotada e presa pelos japoneses para forçar Ma Yung Chen a sair do seu esconderijo.
