Os Power Rangers continuam sua luta contra o mal de todas as maneiras. O inimigo alien, Lothor, coloca em ação um plano para sugar todos os poderes dos Power Rangers. Cam terá que viajar no tempo para conseguir a maior fonte de poder - um amuleto Samurai que servirá para desvendar um antigo mistério. Enquanto isso, com tudo congelado no tempo, Lothor lança a Operação Dominação Alien para aproveitar-se da Terra indefesa. Agora, a única esperança para o planeta é um Ranger Verde que aparece de surpresa para derrotar os vilões.
