Mikey, um entediado balconista de Toronto, passa seu tempo fora do trabalho roubando carros. No entanto, ele é pego roubando um carro muito raro da casa de um policial, e a polícia o força a trabalhar infiltrado ou ir para a prisão. Mikey concorda em se juntar a uma quadrilha liderada pelo violento e impulsivo Charlie, capaz de matar Mikey em um piscar de olhos se desconfiar que se trata de um informante.
