As amigas do colegial Emily e Max descobrem como é fácil ganhar dinheiro extra fazendo ligação direta em carros e entregando-os a um desmanche. Logo Emily consegue comprar peças automotivas para montar seu carro retrô, e Max consegue comprar roupas. Quando seu professor de oficina descobre o que elas estão fazendo e mostra para elas como elevar em um nível mais lucrativo e sofisticado, usando o "ataque de estação retransmissora", as coisas se tornam mais perigosas. Quando o namorado de Emily, Dylan, é interrogado pela polícia, as garotas decidem que é hora de parar... mas será tarde demais?
