Quando revida, é chamado à sala do diretor, mas se recusa a sofrer sozinho as consequências do ataque, visto que o agressor não é responsabilizado por sua fala. Inspirado em leituras sobre os Panteras Negras, o garoto decide permanecer na escola até que a justiça seja feita. Enquanto isso, expõe com seu telefone celular o descaso na estrutura do estabelecimento. Aos poucos, colegas, professores, diretores e mesmo políticos se envolvem no conflito que ganha destaque na mídia.
