Numa noite escura, ao retornar de uma festa rave de onde foram expulsos após uma briga, um grupo de jovens encontra uma jovem toda ferida pela estrada. Fawn (Elena Lyons) está apavorada, e enquanto os jovens tentam ajudá-la, ela grita: "Os Sombras! Os Sombras!". Subitamente, surge outro veículo em alta velocidade que os empurra para fora da estrada."Os Sombras" são adoradores de Satã que estão atrás de Fawn para seu próximo sacrifício, e agora, o grupo de jovens também tornaram-se alvo. Através da escura e densa floresta, eles fogem para salvar suas vidas. Chegando à cidade, procuram o Padre Seth (Patrick Bergin) imaginando que agora estão em segurança. Mas, será que eles serão as próximas vítimas das Sombras do Mal?
