O soldado Robert Miller (Tobby Kebbell) volta para casa na Inglaterra depois de lutar na Guerra do Afeganistão. Desocupado e entrando em depressão, ele aceita o convite de uma misteriosa organização para trabalhar como segurança desfarçado e vigiar potenciais membros de um grupo associado ao terrorismo. Para isso, ele deve confrontar a violência do bairro onde mora e acaba entrando em uma difícil busca por justiça.
