Um adorável manicure vietnamita, Dong Hung, precisa desesperadamente voar para o Vietnã dentro de 24 horas para doar seu rim para salvar seu irmão gêmeo que está muito doente. Mas Dong Hung simplesmente não consegue ficar longe de problemas no aeroporto. Sua ingenuidade e seu inglês fraco, juntamente com a segurança do aeroporto e uma companhia aérea antipática, levam a um caos hilário. Quando as coisas começam a sair do controle, Dong Hung perde seu primeiro voo e depois é atacado cruelmente quando tenta embarcar em um outro voo. Uma linda aeromoça, Jesta, tenta ajudar e é puxada para a órbita cômica de Dong Hung. Um romance improvável se desenvolve e um herói surge.
