No futuro distante, a humanidade colonizou outros planetas no universo. Enquanto muitos países vivem em paz, o planeta Jerra tem enfrentado décadas de guerra. Geist é um M.D.S (Most Dangerous Soldier, Soldado Mais Perigoso), um humano otimizado com habilidades de combate muito evoluídas e insaciável desejo de batalha. Devido a sua natureza incontrolável, Geist é cronogenicamente congelado e trancado em um satélite. Muitos anos após, o satélite quebra e Geish desperta de seu sono para entrar em outra batalha. Desta vez, para ajudar o exército a parar o computador central de Jerra que ativará um dispositivo o qual aniquilará toda a vida neste planeta.
