Este segundo filme da série teve direção e produção de Don Edmonds e roteiro de Langston Stafford para o Estúdio Mount Everest Enterprises Ltd. No primeiro filme Ilsa era uma nazista sádica e depravada que conduzia experiências bizarras em um campo de concentração. Neste segundo filme a personagem se desloca para um pequeno país árabe onde serve de guardiã do harém do excêntrico e cruel sheik El Sharif (Jerry Delony) que trafica armas e mulheres , além de vender petróleo para Deus e o Diabo. Ilsa, como de praxe, gosta de tortura, sexo e violência, agindo de forma fria em relação as suas vítimas. A chegada do comandante Adam (Max Thayer), entretanto, vai amolecer o coração da dominatrix e tal fraqueza lhe custará muito caro. O filme tem uma receita que mistura, em doses mais ou menos iguais, ação, erotismo e violência. A série é uma espécie de referência obrigatória do gênero Sexploitation/Naziploitation da década de 70 e fez relativo sucesso junto ao público.
