Dona de um badalado salão de beleza do subúrbio de São Paulo, ela colocou seus dois filhos na faculdade, mas o mais novo, Fábio Junior, não dá nem sinal de sair de casa. Para enfim alcançar a tão sonhada liberdade, ela decide treinar uma funcionária sua para ser a esposa perfeita para seu filho e tirá-lo de casa.
