Cully (Tom Sizemore), um cara esperto e mau-caráter, motorista de um cartel de drogas da Baja, confia em um caçador de recompensas qualificado, mas relutante, Turk (Paul Sidhu), para ficar fora do alcance de um assassino implacável (Kevin Gage) e bandidos liderados por um líder de gangue rival (Noel Gugliemi) depois que Cully roubou um carro de dinheiro recheado destinado a seu chefe (Raymond J. Barry). A dupla cruza caminhos com Crystal (Bai Ling), uma dançarina sensual com muitos segredos e uma participação maior em tudo isso do que eles imaginaram a princípio. Se Cully pode convencer Turk de acompanhar seus esquemas loucos, ele pode voltar para sua esposa (Vanessa Angel) e sua filha.
