A trajetória e o imaginário artístico do ator e diretor Zbigniew Ziembinski (1908-1978), precursor do teatro moderno na América Latina e mestre de gerações de atores brasileiros. A montagem polifônica parte de um vasto material inédito, que cobre meio século de performances, teleteatros e entrevistas de Zimba, como era conhecido – antes e depois de fugir da Polônia, às vésperas da invasão de Varsóvia –, e recria fragmentos de Vestido de Noiva, peça de Nelson Rodrigues que ganhou do diretor polonês-brasileiro montagem revolucionária em 1943.
