Atualmente, o mundo está turbulento devido a um “desastre sem precedentes”. Um jovem chamado Suzushiro, que vive em Tóquio, tem um segredo que não pode contar a ninguém. Esse segredo é que ele pode parar o tempo ao seu redor, mesmo sem querer. Um dia, ele conhece uma garota chamada Nazuna, que tem esse mesmo “poder”. Quando ele descobre que ela está sendo usada em um crime, ele impulsivamente estende a mão para ajudá-la.
