Em uma cidade destruída pela guerra, Hunt, um misterioso homem de negócios, contrata D.C., um ex-combatente da marinha, para se juntar a um grupo de ex-soldados que irá protegê-lo em uma perigosa jornada a uma terra de ninguém. A missão deveria ser simples: checar um antigo abrigo militar. Porém, uma vez na zona militar, os homens fazem uma descoberta terrível que irá transformar a missão - uma série de experimentos chocantes e sangrentos realizados pelos nazistas em seus próprios soldados durante a Segunda Guerra. Em meio à carnificina, eles descobrem algo ainda mais perturbador... alguém está vivo. Com a guerra à todo vapor e inimigos misteriosos surgindo das profundezas, D.C. e seus homens se encontram presos em um cenário claustrofóbico e aterrorizante.
