Lars é um urso branco jovem que acha o mundo grande e gelado. Então ele conhece Robbie que é engraçado, amigável e... uma foca! Todo mundo sabe que os ursos e as focas não podem ser amigos. Todo mundo, menos Lars e Robbie. Logo, a amizade deles serve de ajuda para todos os outros ursos e focas a se dar bem. Mas essa nova forma de vida é ameaçada quando um enorme “monstro" metálico navega para dentro de seu mundo - e começa a comer todo o seu peixe. Para salvar sua família e amigos, o pequeno Lars viajara para lugares exóticos e distantes e vai fazer os mais novos tipos de amigos animais, em uma historia envolvente e brilhantemente animada que com certeza ira cativar toda a sua família.
