Ambos teriam mais tarde que enfrentar Johnny Yuma um cavaleiro sem rédeas que possuía o segredo do cofre que continha tal fortuna. Para matá-lo e ficarem livres, Samantha tenta contratar Carradine, com sua irresistível sensualidade e 5.000 dólares, porém além de não aceitar a proposta ele se junta a Johnny Yuma para fazer justiça. Um filme maravilhoso que tem todos os elementos do melhor do Western. Seqüências emocionantes de muita ação com borda de um agradável romance, formidáveis interpretações e um belíssimo cenário. Um final literalmente surpreendente no melhor estilo do Faroeste.
