Entocado em uma comunidade no Rio de Janeiro, o policial Assis (Rodrigo Lacerda) junto com seu parceiro Carlos (André Cowds), são convocados para prender um traficante de drogas acusado de assassinato e estupro. Lobão (Douglas Matias) e seu irmão Toni (Yago Monteiro) seguem em uma perigosa fuga. Até o momento em que Assis tira a coisa mais importante da vida dele. Lobão consegue escapar, mas é encontrado em um suposto galpão abandonado chamado 'Galpão 21". Cinco anos depois Lobão foge do presidio e volta com uma terrível busca de vingança, tornando Rafaela (Patricia Rauta) sua isca no mesmo lugar em que Assis o prendeu, sequestrando sua sobrinha!
