Gore Positive é um filme que explora formas diferentes de amor, tanto aquelas relacionadas com nosso autocuidado interno (literalmente), quanto aquelas ligadas ao amor conjugal até o limite extremo. O curta-metragem conta a história (sem estabelecer nenhum diálogo) de uma mulher (Canibal) que, um belo dia, ao acordar, encontra seu marido (Cadáver) morto, provavelmente após ter tentado comer algum pedaço de seu próprio corpo. Compadecendo com as vivas intenções de seu cônjuge, Canibal resolve demonstrar seu amor da única forma possível naquele momento.
