Dinorá é uma menina de 10 anos que mora na Rua 749, no bairro Conjunto Ceará, na cidade de Fortaleza. Faixa branca no karatê, seu grande sonho é vencer o campeonato interestadual. Para que as atletas possam viajar, elas precisam angariar fundos para o time, por meio da venda de rifas para familiares e vizinhos. Ao descobrir que suas colegas moram em ruas com o nome de personalidades históricas, Dinorá empreende, em seu jornada para a venda das rifas, uma investigação sobre o nome de sua própria rua e acaba descobrindo a força coletiva na construção dos espaços habitados.
