Um grupo de alunos da escola de artes marciais Po Chin Lam, fundada pelo lendário Wong Fei-Hung, se une para livrar a cidade da ameaça das Tríades, que trouxeram o jogo ilegal para a então pacata vizinhança, e agora começam a aterrorizar os habitantes locais com extorsões, estupros e assassinatos. A princípio, as Tríades conseguem fechar Po Chi Lam – mas não demora muito para que os quatro estudantes remanescentes voltem para buscar a vingança, desmantelar as quadrilhas criminosas e restabelcer a paz e harmonia na cidade.
