Após 30 anos de transmissões de rádio ao vivo de "A Prairie Home Companion", o popular programa chega ao DVD pela primeira vez, oferecendo uma rara visão interna de um dos programas mais amados do rádio. Gravado diante do público ao vivo no Fitzgerald Theatre em Saint Paul, MN, o DVD apresenta o 30º aniversário transmitido com Keillor e o elenco realizando sua mistura singular de folk, blues e canções gospel e desenhos de comédia. A transmissão inclui participações especiais dos convidados BR549, Philip Brunelle, Jearlyn Steele e Inga Swearingen, além dos atores regulares Sue Scott, Tom Keith, Fred Newman e Tim Russell, e música da All-Star Shoe Band do "The Guy".
